Young person counselling in Formby

Your feelings matter.
Your voice deserves to be heard.

A welcoming space for young people to explore what’s on their mind, talk about difficult experiences and feel listened to without judgement.

Space to be yourself

Growing up can bring a lot to deal with.

School, exams, friendships, family life and social media can all bring pressures that feel difficult to manage.

You might feel low, worried, lonely or unsure of yourself. Perhaps something has happened that’s hard to talk about, or you’re struggling to explain how you feel.

Counselling offers time with someone who will listen. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, make sense of what’s happening and consider what might help.

You don’t have to know exactly what to say before you begin.

Finding your own words

You don’t need to see your experience on this list to get in touch. We can begin with what’s on your mind.

Experience & understanding

Seeing the person behind the difficulty.

I’m Leanne, a qualified Person Centred Counsellor and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have years of experience working with young people aged 11–19 from a wide range of backgrounds.

My experience includes supporting autistic young people, young people with ADHD, and those experiencing obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

I also spent over 18 years working in a high school pastoral role. I bring this experience to understanding the pressures young people face, while taking time to get to know each person as an individual.
